Purchased a jeep Renegade After 2months of purchase tpms light and driveshaft noise diagnosed and repaired promptly courtsey car supplied at no cost thoroughly pleased with prompt service and after care as brought in unannouced on a sunday pm and the lads sorted issue immediatley would highly recomend these guys they go the extra mile

Made a special 3.5 hour trip to view a car, only to find that they were closed on a bank holiday (no mention of the on their WWW)Said that they would bring the car to me to look at, emailed and text 06/05/25 to take up on offer.No communication received it is now 09/05/25.If you cant fulfil an offer let your customers know.

" Please accept sincere apologies " Due to bereavement and staff sickness bug " Not all Three sites were open this bank holiday. " We had " No phone call " , " No email " to check availability or opening hours. They made " i'm interested " request on Car Gurus 2-3 days before traveling. We had offered to show the car to this lady at her home address, by the time transport could be arranged these reviews appeared. We feel somehow compromised by virtue of the Fact that interest in vehicle came from CarGurus not Autotrader.
