Two Years on from Purchase

I'm writing this review two years on after buying an Astra estate 67 Reg from Riverside in April 2023.I have been very satisfied with the car and the service provided by Riverside. Early teething troubles with ABS sensors were all dealt with at no cost, and any questions or requirements were all attended to by Bernard and Engineer Nathan. I was even given a spare wheel for the car. During the last two years I have dealt with issues like renewal of brakes and tyres as one might expect to have to do for any car as part of normal wear and tear, but the car remains a joy to drive and a great value purchase. As my son put it. "You got a lot of car for your mon ey"!

I can honestly say that my experience with riverside financial buyingba car was above and beyond the best experience in buying a car. Bernard kept me informed every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble to him. Answeredvall my questions and reassured me when I panicked he was only on the end of a phone. 5 stars isn't enough for this garage. I would highly recommend anyone looking at buyingba car or van please check this place out. When I'm ready for my next car and won't hesitate in going to see Bernard. Very helpful and very professional I even had my car delivered to me at home. 200% customer service and satisfaction. Thank you Bernard.

Bought a car recently. Great communication beforehand about coming to view as we were travelling a couple of hours. We walked away with the car that day! Car in great condition. We did have a couple of issues in the first week, but nothing was too much hassle. The car was picked up from us (above and beyond), all issues sorted and even the warranty upgraded to make sure we were covered for a whole year if we had any further issues, but we haven't. They didn't have to do that and were always friendly! I'll be going again when my partner needs a new car!

Assistance during and after purchase

Purchased a Car around late last year and after an unfortunate key fob failure and many garages unable to fix it I sent an email and was immediately responded to with warmth and confidence. Upon hearing about the problem i was informed that there would be no extra charge to me and this was sorted within two days with the company also offering to do my mot. Upon failing the company also took it upon themselves to rectify this issue and communicated constantly throughout. Couldn’t recommend this company more and will definitely be back for any future car!

Would very highly recommend this company! Bought a used car and it couldn't be in better condition, but I was most impressed with their customer service. They are very genuine people and couldnt be more helpful and friendly. Would buy another car from here without doubt and would certainly recommend to anyone.
